Fine-dust removal
Accessible ledges, trim, baseboards, doors, cabinets, fixtures, and finished surfaces are vacuumed or wiped.
The finishing clean
Let the finished work show, not the dust around it.
Construction dust travels beyond the work zone. It settles on cabinets, trim, fixtures, vents, glass, and floors, then returns to the air when disturbed. Our work begins after contractors remove tools and debris. We make careful passes through the finished space so it is ready to use, furnish, or present.

Every clean is fully covered, every visit.
Vetted cleaners you can feel comfortable welcoming in.

The working scope
Every home is different. These are the core areas we use to shape your quote; access, condition, size, and requested add-ons determine the final scope.
Accessible ledges, trim, baseboards, doors, cabinets, fixtures, and finished surfaces are vacuumed or wiped.
New cabinets, counters, sinks, showers, mirrors, and fixtures are cleaned of ordinary installation dust and handling marks.
Reachable interior glass, sills, frames, switches, outlet covers, and hardware are cleaned where safe.
Floors are vacuumed and cleaned appropriately after contractors remove coverings and bulk debris.
A good fit
Before we arrive
Construction must be substantially complete. Contractors should remove tools, scrap, adhesives, coverings, and bulk debris; finish paint and caulk touch-ups; and leave utilities running. Share specialty-finish care instructions first.

We confirm the project phase, area, new materials, remaining work, and handoff standard.
The final clean follows dusty trades. Larger projects may need another pass as airborne dust settles.
Dust is removed methodically before glass, fixtures, cabinets, and floors receive a final pass.
Straight answers
After the last trade leaves and debris is hauled off. We handle the fine detail, not demolition haul-away.
Larger projects often need a rough clean plus a final detail clean, since fine dust can keep settling for days.
We can remove light residue from compatible glass with appropriate tools and products. Heavy or cured residue needs assessment first so we don't risk scratching the glass.
We use HEPA-filtered vacuums so construction dust is captured instead of redistributed into the air.
